Shipping Policy

Most orders for stock pouches or ribbon placed before noon West Coast Time will ship on the same day. Orders placed after that time, will be shipped the next business day. Some products may take up to 2 business days to ship.

Shipping Options

You can select from UPS shipping options, including UPS Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day. If expedited shipping is required. Please make sure to place your order before noon West Coast Time. Orders placed later in the afternoon may be shipped the next business day. We will contact you via email if any items are out of stock.

Your shipping quantity will be calculated at the time of check out. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. At this time you can determine the method which is will work best for you.shipping fees may apply.

Euro totes, tissue paper and t-shirt bags are not included in the shipping structure.

Order over 10 lbs – additional fees may apply.

Shipping fees may vary for orders placed via phone, fax or email.

Refund Policy

No returns for pouches or ribbon are accepted without the authorization of Pouch Depot. All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders, tissue paper, euro totes and shred are not returnable.
