We can ship same day or the next business day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon PST. We ship orders placed through our online store via UPS Ground or USPS Mail.
International orders can not be placed through our on line check out. We would be happy to take your international order via email , phone (805-486-8811) or fax (805-486-2800) . Contact us for an international shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for duties and custom fees within the country of destination.
We accept both Visa and Master Card for payment. Pouch Depot reserves the right to collect funds on any past due amounts via any method previously submitted.
We have no minimums for our orders. We welcome orders both large and small. Give us a call or email if you’d like a custom quote.
Most orders placed before noon West Coast time can usually be shipped on the day they are placed. Orders may also be shipped the next business day. Please call us for lead times on custom orders.

Out Of State: 3 – 5 Business Days
When placing orders, please be prepared to give the sizes, colors and quantities of pouches that you are ordering. We will also need your name, address, phone number and either a Visa or Master Card number and expiration date. If paying with a personal check or money order, we will need to receive payment before your order is shipped.
No returns for pouches or ribbon are accepted without the authorization of Pouch Depot. All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders, tissue paper, euro totes and shred are not returnable.
