Non-Woven (Polypropylene) Bag Order Form

To place an order for non-woven bags, please fill out the form below. When we receive your order form we will
contact you to proceed with your order. After we contact you:

1) We will need your artwork -vector (outlined) artwork is prefered, in an ai or pdf file.
2) We will create a virtual/ email proof for approval.
3) We can create an optional production sample (for a $50 refundable sample fee).
4)We will need a 50% deposit to begin production. At this point we will ask you to call us with your Visa, Master Card
or American Express number.
5)Production time approximately 7-8 weeks from proof/sample approval
6) The balance of the order and the actual shipping fees will be charged when the order has shipped.
